- HCC North Forest; Building A - Admin offices and student support area renovations (3,320 SF)

- HCC North Forest; Workforce Building - Ceiling lights/equipment organization improvements (4,2500 SF)

- HCC Northeast, Codwell Hall - Lobby renovations (1,200 SF)

- HCC Central South - Exterior site renovations (400 SF)

- HCC Stafford, HCC Eastside, HCC Northeast, HCC Central South; Renovations for future food service tenants (ranging from 400 SF to 1,300 SF)
